I began my real estate career in Tracy in April of 1988. Previously an assistant buyer for a large retail Company. I spent 7 years in the retail industry and realized that I was not satisfying my dreams of helping people.  After a few more years of education I learn about Real Estate and how much helping people buy to purchase a home and holding their hand through the process would be a great way to get up every day and go to work.  20 years later it still does not feel like work and the satisfaction of helping people achieve that “American Dream” is stronger than ever.

Today, our team consists of three licensed Realtors, two full time assistants and a great network of satisfied customers and preferred vendors. We all work together to fulfill our passion of customer satisfaction.

I have extensive experience with BPO's, and cost recapture strategies for REO property holders.  Her firm utilizes the latest in technology to offer you immediate communication, timely reports, status and a variety of data relating to subject property and demographics.

My experience provides me with the knowledge to evaluate and successfully handle the most challenging asset management projects.  I manage a staff of six people who assist in foreclosure marketing, sales and escrow coordination. I am proud to be the Chair for the Central Valley for NAHREP Bay Area (National Association Hispanic Real Estate Professional) In her spare time I am the President of a non-profit that raises money for underprivileged families and victims of personal catastrophes.
